The head of house competition for week 3 of Big Brother Nigeria is between level 1 and level 2, and it is also a war for immunity. The winning level will be immune to nominations and will receive an exemption for the current week. In contrast, the group that loses will be automatically put on the block for eviction during this current week.

 Housemates competing in Big Brother Naija season 7 will fight again to determine who will be head of the house for this particular week. As the competition for the N100 million grand prize heats up, the winner will be granted automatic re-entry into the Big Brother house for an additional week.
