Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo (born 11 March 1976), better known by his stage name Black Coffee, is a South African DJ, record producer and songwriter. Coffee established his own record label Soulistic Music, released debut self-titled album Black Coffee (2005), which incorporated elements of R&B and jazz.
His career began around 1994 and became prominent after participating in the 2004 Red Bull Music Academy, since then he has released nine studio albums, as well as a live DVD.

IS BLACK COFFEE A BILLIONAIRE?
In 1994, the DJ made his debut in the music business. Along with two of his classmates from school, he performed as one of Madlala Kunene’s support singers. The DJ majored in music at what was once Technikon Natal, now known as Durban University of Technology (DUT).
Together with Demor and Mnqobi, he founded the Afro-pop group Simply Hot and Naturally African (SHANA), which was signed to Melt in 2000. After taking part in the 2004 Red Bull Music Academy, the DJ rose to fame. Happiness, a track from the album DJs At Work, became his first big smash. Later, in 2005, he founded Soul Music Company.
He currently has nine studio albums to his credit. His initial performance price is currently between R200 000 and R2 million for a local performance and an overseas one, respectively.

Black Coffee is 46-years-old.
He was born on March 11, 1976 in Umlazi, South Africa.
Coffee later moved to Umtata, which was only 18 miles away from the home of Nelson Mandela.
He then gained a degree in Jazz Studies at Technikon Natal, now known as the Durban University of Technology.

It’s reported that the DJ owns a number of homes in South Africa and in in the US. In a recent interview, he revealed that he moved into a flat when he moved out of his marital home. He then bought a house and thereafter bought his neighbor’s house as well
BLACK COFFEE MARITAL STATUS
Before being divorced, Black Coffee was married to the actress Enhle Mbali. Anesu and Asante are the couple’s two kids.
The 23-year-old Esona is Black Coffee’s oldest son. Esona’s mother’s identity is unknown. He has a second son, Lilitha, whose mother is similarly unidentified. While married to Enhl, the DJ is alleged to have fathered two children outside of marriage.
