Manchester united continued their fine form as they defeated League one side Charlton Athletic FC to book their place to the semi final.
The reds started the game well with so many chances in which they had supposed to convert But kudos to Anthony for his well placed rocket at the back of the net in the 21st minute into the game.
Manchester united got more chances to double te lead before half time but they were not able to convert them.
Before Rashford came off the bench to score two late goals to seal the home team’s eighth straight victory in all competitions, United had additional chances to add a game-clinching second.
After scoring just five goals all of last season, Rashford has now scored 15 goals in all competitions this year. He has also scored in eight straight games at Old Trafford.
Manchester united have booked their place into the semi final as the draw will take place after Manchester city game against Southampton on Wednesday
