COUNCIL OF PRESIDENT STUDENT UNION GOVERNMENT IMO STATE VOTE OF THANKS
Earlier last year, the Imo state Governor HOPE UZODINMA decided to train 100,000 youths and students from Imo State with several digital skills. This skill programme was provided by the Gov to train youths and student in various Imo campuses with premium digital skills. According to sources, this digital skills will give them series of opportunities to work with foreign firms and companies after the training with full guarantee.
However, the Council of SUG presidents in Imo state were able to secure about 10,000 slots for their campuses thereby giving their students maximum Opportunity to participate in the programme. The programme commenced on the 3rd of December, 2022 and over 100,000 students are currently undergoing the training. The premium digital skills includes Web design and development, Digital marketing, Content creation, Video editing, Photoshop and Photoshooting, Graphics design, Upwork, Fiver, Crypto and lots more.
Also, the SUG presidents from different institutions in Imo state has decided to thank the Governor for his good work as they have all seen the benefits of the ongoing training. This training also put a smile on the faces of the youths and Students as it will elevate their self esteem thereby making it easy for the government of Imo state to reduce the rate of unemployment.
